Shipping policy
At Studio POPPING, all our jewellery is handcrafted with care and thoughtfully packaged. We do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 5 working days after payment has been received.
Shipping methods and costs
Within the Netherlands, all orders are shipped insured via PostNL. This way, you can be sure your order arrives safely.
For shipments outside the Netherlands, we offer the option of insured shipping at an additional cost. You can select this option during checkout. Standard shipping without insurance is at the customer’s own risk. We strongly recommend choosing insured shipping for international orders.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process and depend on the destination country and selected shipping method.
Please note: Studio POPPING currently does not ship orders outside the European Union.
Track & Trace
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us including a Track & Trace code, so you can easily follow your parcel.
Responsibility and liability
Studio POPPING is not responsible for loss or damage to orders shipped abroad without insurance. Within the Netherlands, your shipment is always insured. Any import duties, customs fees and taxes for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.
Delays
Although we aim for fast delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or external circumstances, such as public holidays or customs inspections.
